The Cottage Suite
The Cottage Suite is only room located on the first floor of the hotel, this sun-filled suite boasts an ocean-view, a private enclosed front porch, a private parking spot, and a king sized bed. Our king suite is painted in calm neutrals and is fitted with beachy furnishings, seaside inspired bedding, a smart TV with live TV access, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. Our Essentiel Elements toiletries are environmentally-friendly and paraben free.
Roll-away cots are available for additional guests/occupancy in select rooms.
The Ocean Balcony
Boasting some of the best views around, the Ocean Balcony Suite is a new, exciting addition to our building on our completely renovated third floor. The sweeping private oceanfront balcony allows a guest to see from one end of Spring Lake to the other from the comfort of their own one of a kind suite. This room features a pair of king-sized beds, a brand new private bathroom, and a totally revamped appearance. Come experience the charm of Spring Lake with a refreshed modern feel!

The Second Floor
Room 1
Room 1 is a guest favorite in the house! Located on the second floor, this sun-filled room has an unobstructed view of the ocean through a front-facing window and a northern view of the ocean, beach and Ocean Ave. This room has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with a standing shower only.
Room 1 is painted dove grey and is fitted with rustic furnishings, chic bedding, pillow-top mattresses, plenty of pillows, a Smart TV with live TV access, Air Conditioning and heat and environmentally-friendly, paraben free Essentiel Elements toiletries.

Room 2
Room 2 is a guest favorite in the house! Located on the second floor, this is one of our more spacious, sun-filled rooms. It features a king-sized bed and three windows; two with ocean views to the north. The private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 4
Located on the second floor, this sun-filled room features a bay window with ocean views to the south. This room has a king-sized bed and private bathroom with a stand-in shower only.

Room 5
Located on the second floor, this room features two windows- one in the room and one in the bathroom. Both windows have a partial ocean view. This room has a one double (also known as a “full” bed.) Room 5 is one of our more quaint rooms- perfect for single travelers or couples who don’t mind a smaller space. The private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 6
Located on the second floor, this warm, sun-filled room features two windows and two twin beds. It has a wonderful partial ocean view to the south. It’s a great room for a girl-friend getaway or a place to sleep the kids who want their own bed. Room 6 is our only room on the private bathroom floor that has two twin beds. The private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 8
Located on the second floor, room 8 is the smallest room on the private bathroom floor. We love it because it is quaint and quirky. It’s perfect for our guests traveling alone or our couples who don’t mind a smaller space. This room features a double bed (also known as a “full” bed.) This room features one window overlooking our side yard. The private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 9
Room 9 is one of our smallest rooms, but it has some of the best ocean views in the house. Located on the second floor, this room features a queen-sized bed and the private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 10
This quaint room features one window overlooking our side yard. It has a single queen bed in it. Located on the second floor, this room also has one of the bigger, more updated bathrooms in the house. The private bathroom features a bathtub with a stand-in shower.

Room 12
This quaint room features two windows. One that overlooks our neighbor, The Breakers Hotel, and their pool. Located on the second floor, this room has two twin beds. The private bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Room 14
Located on the second floor, this is a guest favorite in the house! It’s one of our biggest rooms. This sun-filled room has two windows and a king-sized bed. One of the windows overlooks our lawn area and the ocean. The room is recessed in the back of the house and is one of our quieter rooms. The bathroom has a stand-in shower only.

Located on the second floor, Room 15 a quiet, mid-size queen room that resides in the back of the house. It’s a sun-filled room with a queen-sized bed that features two windows overlooking the neighboring property. It features the largest private bathroom in the house. The private bathroom has a bathtub with a stand-in shower.
